Great success at the Hippodrome: “Cooks with heart” conquers the public and solidarity

Modena – An evening to remember, between the scents of haute cuisine and an embrace of solidarity. Last night, Wednesday 10 September, the Ghirlandina Hippodrome was transformed into a special stage to host “Cooks with the heart“, the charity initiative that saw starred chef Luca Marchini as the protagonist in support of the Italian Cystic Fibrosis League ODV.

In front of an attentive and involved audience, Marchini gave life to a show-cooking of great elegance, revealing secrets and techniques that have made his creations an experience not only for the palate, but also for the spirit. It was not a simple dinner: each dish told a story of commitment, research and hope.

The event, strongly desired by the delegate Sara Bertoni together with the volunteers and staff of the Hippodrome, represented the perfect encounter between haute cuisine and solidarity. The proceeds of the evening will be used to support the activities of the Italian Cystic Fibrosis League, for almost forty years a point of reference for children and families affected by the genetic disease.

A heartfelt thanks was addressed to the audience present, to the organizers and to the national president of the LIFC, Antonio Guarini, for the constant support and commitment to the promotion of initiatives that combine conviviality and solidarity.

Applause, smiles and emotion punctuated the appointment, which was able to unite institutions and the business world around a common cause. At the end of the evening, the atmosphere was that of a community that has chosen to make a difference, starting from taste to get to the heart.
