To celebrate the beginning of the year of celebration of the 150th anniversary of the foundation of the Ghirlandina racecourse, it is also held at the table, in a prestigious venue, Porta San Francesco, the historic residence of the Olivi Mocenigo family.

A menu that took its cue from that of the Fini family, on the occasion of the trotting races of 1930. For the occasion, guests were able to enjoy a preview, namely the opening of the Bottega San Francesco, in the prestigious headquarters of the Salumeria Telesforo Fini.

To make all this possible, the President of the racecourse, Alessandro Arletti and the staff of the owner of the historic shop, Marco Olivi. 
Guests of honour were the Undersecretary of Agriculture Patrizio La Pietra, to whom President Arletti, in the presence of the authorities and representatives of the equestrian categories, delivered the document for the relaunch of the equestrian submergences, the Commander of the Military Academy Gen. Davide Scalabrin, the Mayor of Modena, Massimo Mezzetti, the President of the Chamber of Commerce, Giuseppe Molinari.

An evening also enlivened by the magnificent voice of the Soprano Maria Francesca Rossi, who, at the opening, welcomed those present with the notes of the Italian Anthem.
