Two major events in one day
Modena nel Cuore III will be the stage for one of the biggest events of the season at the Ghirlandina Hippodrome: the Gran Premio Giovanardi.
A historic tradition for trotting enthusiasts that dates back to 1890.
In recent years, the Gran Premio Giovanardi has been held in Modena nel Cuore, an initiative now in its 3rd edition and with the aim of bringing together trotting enthusiasts – but not only – for a day of sport, entertainment and community.

The event will be held in correspondence with the grandstand area (Grandstand entrance: Via Argiolas).
From 13:00
Tastings at the Hippodrome
Access to the Hippodrome is open to all and participation in the event is free.
In addition to the races scheduled for the day, you can attend the show: all while tasting fried dumplings, tigelle and other typical Modenese products, accompanied by tastings of wines on display during the day (consumption for a fee).
Lunch reservations
Alternatively, you can also book a charity lunch scheduled for 13:00, also in the grandstand area. Lunch will be prepared by the Antica Moka Restaurant, and the proceeds will be donated to ASEOP – Association for the Support of Paediatric Hematology Oncology.
Reservations are open and available for individuals, couples and groups x10.
And for the children...
At the Hippodrome they will find a play area entirely dedicated to them and will be in the company of ASEOP volunteers.
A play area dedicated to them will also be set up, thanks to the collaboration with Adriano Degli Innocenti – Management Amusement.
On request, they will also be able to participate in the baptism of the saddle, an experience all in safety and full of emotions to get closer to the splendid world of horses and ponies!
