Quando il bene è anche buono

Grande successo all’Ippodromo: “Cuochi con il cuore” conquista pubblico e solidarietà 

Modena – Una serata da ricordare, tra profumi d’alta cucina e un abbraccio di solidarietà. Ieri sera, mercoledì 10 settembre, l’Ippodromo della Ghirlandina si è trasformato in un palcoscenico speciale per ospitare “Cuochi con il cuore”, l’iniziativa benefica che ha visto protagonista lo chef stellato Luca Marchini a sostegno della Lega Italiana Fibrosi Cistica ODV. 

Davanti a un pubblico attento e partecipe, Marchini ha dato vita a uno show-cooking di grande eleganza, svelando segreti e tecniche che hanno reso le sue creazioni un’esperienza non solo per il palato, ma anche per lo spirito. Non si è trattato di una semplice cena: ogni piatto raccontava una storia di impegno, ricerca e speranza. 

L’evento, fortemente voluto dalla delegata Sara Bertoni insieme ai volontari e allo staff dell’Ippodromo, ha rappresentato l’incontro perfetto tra alta gastronomia e solidarietà. Il ricavato della serata sarà destinato a sostenere le attività della Lega Italiana Fibrosi Cistica, da quasi quarant’anni punto di riferimento per i bambini e le famiglie colpite dalla malattia genetica. 

Un sentito ringraziamento è stato rivolto al pubblico presente, agli organizzatori e al presidente nazionale della LIFC, Antonio Guarini, per il sostegno costante e l’impegno nella promozione di iniziative che uniscono convivialità e solidarietà. 

Applausi, sorrisi e commozione hanno scandito l’appuntamento, che ha saputo unire istituzioni e mondo dell’impresa intorno a una causa comune. A fine serata, l’atmosfera era quella di una comunità che ha scelto di fare la differenza, partendo dal gusto per arrivare al cuore.
